Shipping Information

We understand the importance of receiving your order quickly and aim to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before midday are generally shipped the same day or the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer.
  • In rare cases, we may contact you for additional information before dispatching your parcel.

Postage & Tracking:

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t receive it within 2 business days.
  • If no one is home to accept delivery, a collection card will be left at the provided address with instructions.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us at hello@byzah.com.au so we can investigate.
  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, location, natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable factors.

Taxes & Duties:

  • Postage costs do not include customs taxes or duties, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you choose not to pay these fees and your parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus shipping and any incurred fees.
  • Customs may hold parcels for extended periods for routine checks, which is beyond our control.

Incorrect Information & Failure to Collect:

  • Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. For business addresses, include the business name.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@byzah.com.au as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it, but changes may not always be possible.
  • Parcels returned due to incorrect details or failure to collect cannot have their shipping costs refunded.
